Management Council 

 

Council of Management                                                                                   Registered under Societies Regn. Act 1860 and Bombay Public Trust Act in 1946, the Mandal has its Head Office at New Mumbai (Vashi) and an Administrative Office at Miraj, Dist. Sangli in Maharashtra. It is an autonomous body functioning through its affiliated institutions through the country.                                
The working Council of the Mandal is controlled by a Council of Management elected by its 2500 general members.

Silver Jubilee Function (1931 – 1991)

In 1991, the Mandal completed 60 years of successfully imparting music education to thousands of music lovers. Hence, this year was celebrated as the Silver Jubilee year of the Mandal. It was decided to arrange programmes throughout the year at various places to celebrate the occasion. The opening programme of the Silver Jubilee year was arranged at ‘Nehru Centre’, Mumbai which was inaugurated by Ganatapaswini Smt. Mogubai Kurdikarji. 

Platinum Jubilee Function (1931 - 2006) 

The year 2006-07 was celebrated as the platinum jubilee year ( 1931-2006 ) by the Mandal for completing 75 years in the field of Indian Music. Education programmes were organized in five different states viz. Vashi, Navi Mumbai ( MS ), Manipal (KT), Cuttack ( Orissa ), Ahmedabad ( Guj ) and Hyderabad ( AP ) to celebrate the occasion.
